We want your time at the wheel to be as stress-free as possible! Because we keep our class sizes small and prepare materials in advance, we have a few guidelines if your plans change.
Throwing taster sessions
- Refunds: All taster session bookings are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Life happens! If you can’t make your original session, just give us a shout at least 21 days in advance, and we’ll happily move your booking to a new date.
Multi-week courses
- Refunds: Course fees are non-refundable once booked.
- Rescheduling: If you find you can no longer attend your course, you can transfer your booking to another available course date within 12 months. To do this, please give us at least 21 days’ notice before the course start date.
Note: We are unable to offer refunds or last-minute rescheduling for missed sessions outside of the 21-day window, as it doesn’t give us enough time to offer the clay space to someone else. Thank you for understanding and supporting our workshop!
